Then pull off yellow tabs.

Connected Spring Belt

Connected Spring Belt

The only elastic belt that works well in practically all hostile environments.
  • Available with any type of flexible jacket:
    1. High temperature resistant:
      1. Cyclothane-A urethane -- up to 250oF (120oC) with steel spring.
      2. Silicone -- up to 450oF (230oC) with stainless steel spring.
    2. Low temperature resistant:  -70oF (-57oC) with silicone jacket and steel spring.
    3. Coolant or chlorine “washdown” resistant Nitrile (Buna-N).
    4. Acid resistant PVC or Hypalon.
    5. Chemical resistant Viton.
    6. Anti-static (static dissipative) urethane – low resistivity 105 to 107 ohm/sq.
    7. Oily environment – use spring without jacket.
  • Broad temperature range – From -70oF (-56oC) to 450oF (232oC) with silicone jacket and stainless steel spring.  From -25oF (-4oC) to 250oF (120oC) with Cyclothane-E urethane jacket and steel spring.
  • Use without a jacket on oily rollers and pulleys -- won't slip like other belts.
  • Tension approximately equivalent to our standard cross-section diameter Cyclothane-A urethane O-ring belt stretched 10%.
  • Steel spring makes belt extremely cut resistant. The spring is like an armored skeleton that holds together and compresses the jacket even if it is cut.
  • Minimum pulley diameter recommended for 3/16" (5mm) belts is 2" (50mm).
  • Available in endless or connectable “Quick-Fix” form.
  • You provide the length of the installed belt, and we size the belt for you.
  • Available in various durometers, colors, tensions, and sizes 3/16" to 3/8" (5mm to 9.5mm) diameter.
  • Patent No. US 6,685,590
